Other players can't see your custom logo though, right?

for the skill Deploy Siege Platform, to use it so that it attacks the planet, you have to use the skill ON the planet you wish to attack. Placing it near the planet will not work...this is probably a bug.

This has been bothering me for several days now but, are some of the damage types, such as: Laser, Autocannon, and Phase Missile the exact same as each other? I've looked at some charts, but I haven't seen any of them mentioning the damage types and the guns.

Oh I see. I played a game earlier where I had every culture upgrade and I got the experimental weapon as Advent. However, the weapon and the spread hardly did anything to the allegiance of any affected planet. The other player didn't have any thing to keep my culture pushed back other than a flagship or two. The affected planet's allegiance went down maybe 1% a minute or slower, is that normal? If so, why even bother with the culture upgrades?

Most games that I've played that have voice chat are either not used, or abused.

I sort of found a solution, but it gets an error rather than opening windows media center. Which is better imo. Open Default Programs-> Set program access and computer defaults-> Custom-> Under Choose a default media player uncheck the box for windows media center. Only thing I've found that works so far, hope it helps a bit.
