DANMAN, You started off merging mods to enhance the overall sins experience. As a modder, how difficult was it to accomplish a working "one" mod from various other smaller mods (like Uzii's mod and some of your own). Also, more of a question for myself, how exactly do you go about doing such, I have tried merging Major Stress' Mod (SoA2) and the Urban Expansion Mod, but I continue to have game crashes. I was hoping that I could get some help. I was wondering if there was something missing when I attempt to merge two exisiting mods into one "mega" mod, somewhat similiar to what DANMAN did, but for myself. I also believe that you still need to modify the Gas Giant Planet entity file to allow colonization. I am still unable to colonize it after updating the player files. SLOVED!!! I just forgot to replace the Gas Giant planet entity file.

A suggestion for the Borg stations, the shipyard models from the Armada series may be a good starting point, you may even consider the Unicomplex as a structure of some kind.
Oh, screenshot failed to load, though I am excited someone has devoted the time to add the Borg, I will be looking forward to the success of this mod, and hopefully the combination of this with other trek mods.

OK, this is how you do it: 1) Download the mod 2) Un-rar (Extract) the mod (its kinda like winzip, if you need the program, just google winrar an download and install the program) 3) Move the entire folder to your sins mod folder in your local folder If you are using vista, what you do is: 1) Go to Computer 2) Double click on your hard drive 3) Double click Users 4) Double click your Username<br/

Starfleet Ship Names: USS Excelsior (1st Kol, always) USS Valiant USS Kyushu USS Titan and so on... This worked out great once they started releasing star trek ship mods from the modding community.

Hello All, I wanted to get a feel for the type of programs that the modders use when creating a new ship or planet. Like, for example, how do you create the .MESH files that the game uses. So I guess what I really want to know is: 1) What modeling program do you use to create the models themselves? 2) What program do you use to texture? Thanks Jeebus

I just encountered an error. I colonized a planet and discovered subterranial colony, but when i go to the planet's infocard to see the enchancement, the game crashes.
Kudos on the model, this is already looking so cool, cant wait on more news.
