Unfortunately, I think you can add only up to 4 abilites per ship, so that means each capship would have to sacrafice an ability if you were to add a passive damage/disabled ability.
For some reason, when I copied the race file, the player playing my new "Swarm" race started with no resources, structures, constructors, and the command bar at the bottom of the screen didn't show up. Thanks anyway!

Maybe the slaves issue commands to the nanites, because otherwise, anything a slave could do, a bunch of nanites can do a thousand times better, faster, and more accurately. So maybe the slaves act as supervisors.
Don't know if that is possible. Maybe you should ask someone like Uzii

The only way around it is to babysit your precious fleet. Or, manage the whole thing from the Empire Tab thing.
Restore. Go to windows settings, and restore. This returns the computer software to its out of factory condition. ;) Otherwise, you should be fine.
Abilities tend to be useless when you've got 70 some cobalts all focus firing... Believe me, I've been on the recieving end from my brother. Had 4 skinatras, staggering the healing aura, didn't do a darn thing...
Advent ships are weaker and more plentiful, period. Bombers suck against light units. Just use lots of units and fighters. That should get the job done.
Thanks. No, I haven't got it working yet, but I'm working on it. So far, I have basically implemented most of my originaly desired changes, and I am now deciding on how to tinker with the unit graphics, weapons, behaviors, etc.
try leveling it to level 10 (as in having it fight a lot) ;) Good luck! Jon
