That might be the issue then. Thank you for the reply!

I recently started using my own Galaxy Forge maps but I have noticed that when I play with AI, the AI seem to just sit there or do very little. I even tried setting the AI to Unfair and it still did very little. By the time I had my fleet up and running (Titan and a few capital ships) the enemy had 1 capital ship and only 2 planets. Is there something I need to do in Galaxy Forge to ensure that the AI works properly? Thanks for anyone that can help with this issue!
Thank you SageWon. I wondered if that was the case.
As the game is now in it's original build... I think I'll try uninstalling and reinstalling the beta and see if that will at least get it to update. (Honestly the whole reason I'm wanting to play is to try out the Advent so just having the TEC isn't really helping me much. Edit: Just tried uninstalling and reinstalling and that didn't work. The game is still in the older build. Aethus how did you resolve the game being in an older build?
Revalidated game files and it's working now. Found 2 bad files apparently. If this isn't solving everyone's problem I hope Stardock can find a fix. Good luck everyone! Edit: Ok cancel what I said. Apparently the revalidation reverted the game back to one of the initial builds... and it's not updating. Anyone know how to force Steam to update?
Ok this is interesting. So it's doing it for some of us but not everyone. I decided to test this on my own as well. It works on my regular laptop but not my Alienware. Interesting. I'm trying Sillocan's suggestion of reverifying the game cache and will post whether that helps. I've also sent in a ticket to Stardock.
I'm also having the same problem since the latest update today. Fix Stardock?
This is has been an issue ever since Sins first came out and, to my knowledge, there isn't a fix for it (Which shocks me beyond all reason). If anyone would like to prove me wrong please do! [e digicons]^_^[/e]
I don't know if I'm hallucinating this or not but I've been trying to play a game with a friend of mine on Entrenchment for the past hour and the games we create are going at rocket like speeds. (And by rocket like I mean more than the Normal game speeds). I know I'll be told this is normal but I've never played a multiplayer game (On Ironclad Online of course) with any of my friends and had it run this fast. We're having to slow down the ship speeds and income speeds and whatnot just to get
I apologize if this has been posted before. Used search and didn't find anything. I'm trying to download the 1.1 Beta (1.09) and when Impulse finishes downloading the file, it just sits on "Verifying Download" for... ever. Literally waited for 3 hours and nothing happened. I've tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling. This did not work. Does anyone have a fix? And if there is another post regarding this please direct me there and I apologize for the redundant thread. Thank you! E
