I stopped playing for a few months earlier this year. Prior to my few months hiatus, ships were free aside from antimatter cost in terms of RA. I come back from my little hiatus and now ships cost money to deliver via RA? what kind of BS is this? It destroys the whole point of RA - I might as well just build ships instead.
