[quote who="Ryat" reply="3063" id="3379303"] RVs are a nuisance. They should require a high level of driver's license but they don't so any moron can drive those things. It's no wonder they say the PC game is dying / already dead. The industry is killing itself off with asinine and idiotic choices like that, which in the end do nothing but promote the very thing they're trying to prevent. I've said it many times before. Laws only hurt the law abiding. For everyone else, they're merely suggestions.

So of course EA is going to say they'l
According to modders, removing one single line in one single package file removes the autokill during offline play. Also learned that I had set my firewall to auto block all communication when in fullscreen mode. So my crashing was basically the game's own: You're not connected? after 20 minutes 'zap to desktop'. Can't wait to try it out. Still no offline saving though. Oh well, in time, modders will fix that too.
With 18 more months of development to go and those ships already looking deadly and sexy as hell... Oculus Rift here I come! (Once I'm happy with development progress on that device.) Now if only the Holodeck was a real thing, I'd end up dying of starvation because I'd never leave.

Well, my issue was an old modem that by the tech's description should be in a museum for how long it actually worked (8 years). Funny thing is, the new one seems even slower then the old one while it was dying. I think there's some throttling (even though they claim they don't) going on and my old modem had to be eliminated to allow it. Gotta do some digging on that one... But that'll have to wait since the live stream from RSI is going on and the 100 Idris C

There is a reason it kicks you out. I assume you're playing DS for Rebellion. You need to provide less info on your system since you should know Sins limits by now and those are things we cannot change, and more info on what was going on in the game to help narrow down the cause of the crash. For example: How many players were in the game, what factions, what map were you playing, what type of gravity well were you in, what were you doing, were super weapons being used (
Uh, the DS wiki doesn't and has never had any download links, nor does it or has ever linked to any downloads... A single graphics card works, but two cards with SLI enabled will not work. Superior system in the case of Sins means running it on a PC that came with windows XP preinstalled.
