It's that sense of entitlement to a win that pisses me off so much. You earn your wins, they don't fall into your lap.

sorry scrum, you thought i had no chance to win that game, i clearly thought otherwise. You think because my partner lags out when i got a large fleet and many planets I should just leave?

Not to sound elitist infinityshadow, but your kind of players is exactly why people don't like newbs on their teams. You just admitted you don't have to win all your games. That means having you on my team will mean i will likely lose that game because wining secondary to fun to you. I have played many games online where i seen partners leave because they lost their capitol ship or a single battle and quit. Why? Not fun anymore because its no longer easy mode and you have to actually play rea

I don't fear anyone because of their tag or name. My partners tend to think differently and like to quit prematurely because of it......

i played with all the star bases quite a bit, so here are some of my thoughts TEC: I personally think this is the best star base. The self destruct is extremely powerful. If your star base is going to die, might as well take out their entire fleet in the process. While you can out range it, you need to use ether orgov or abjuditcations, but those are easy to kill and cost a lot of fleet, the other option is bombers, and strike craft take a very long time to kill a undefended star base
