I have the same question. It seems very strange that one Stardock published game is missing a DLC on a platform, while all other games have all content available. Thank you.

I played another game and this time I got the achievement. I guess the other game was bugged. Ty for the info anyway.

I built over 100 squads (fighters and bombers), not including the ones from the defense hangars. However, the achievement does not appear. Anyone else encountered this? Is this a known bug?
