Yeah as my post states. I know that sins of a solar empire, you can have two people play with the same key via LAN. Does that also apply for the Entrenchment expansion?
Upshift
Hey mom, look! I made a wall of text!
I'm sorry buddy. But you're a fish. You bought a game because a best buy rep told you to buy it? If anything you should be mad at yourself for being so gullible and for being unable to make educated decisions by yourself. If you were smart, and you were me, you would tell the guy: Maybe next time. Then, you would go back home, go on the internet and actually READ the reviews about the game. If you would have done that, you would have known exactly how the game plays and exactly wha
I only played tec so far(i know, bad bad upshift) and my favorite starter cap ship from experience is hands down the Sova carrier. I dont think i need to explain why lol.
Doh see i'm tired, i meant sound card lol. Thanks for noticing the mistake, if only i could edit my post lol.
I saw the original editorial and thought they might do that. Will Smith was quite impressed. Unfortunately, I don't have my copy of MPC yet to read (I was hoping it would come today), but this continues to affirm me that MPC knows their stuff. I'm also looking forward to their cover article as I'm going to build a new PC and look forward to playing Sins on there.
Yeah i was actually wanting to get my hands on that issue when i say the cover on this post. I`m also soon-
Anyways, on a side note(and because this thread was broken the moment the OP touched his keyboard). I decided for a complete change of subject(yeah i didn't have much sleep so forgive me if i seem half my age or mentally ill). I really really hate being low on gas money. Today i had to run some errands, and because i was low on gas money, my driving ended up being pretty lame and boring. I'm sad :(
Reviews in general lost their value completely when they all said Halo 3 was the greatest game ever made.
Good point. But they do earn credibility for giving good reviews to Sins. Hey at least they dont give game of the year awards to games like blazing angels :|
1) clean your mouse2) check your mouse setings5..no 3!) make sure your machine meets min requirements, 4) what did you expect for responses? a positive feedback session? How bout you fix you attitude and be polite, then maybe the rest of the users would offer help in the future.
Your being too soft on the guy, or maybe im too harsh. lol
more like your post sucks.
Me or op? im confused?!?!(lack of sleep)
In related news, the sky was once again reported as being blue today, as well as the Earth confirmed to be round by the world's leading experts.
LOLOLOL brilliantly said! But it's true, the good reviews have lost their shock value. We already know they are all going to love it. Giving this game a bad review would be like stating you know more about nuclear physics then Einstein. Which is well, very unlikely lol.
lol this guy is one in 100 000 indeed, sure the camera system is "confusing" at first, but it's the best damn camera I've seen in any strategy game period. I wish ALL strat games used the same camera controls, games like the command and conquer series would greatly benefit from it, as would hundreds of other games. I wont walk you through the camera controls since there's a manual, a tutorial and a bunch of other posts(mainly in this thread above me) who explain in detail how
I support that fighters are awesome to no end. For that reason i Generally use a Sova carrier as my first capital ship. Since, right off the bat, it can spawn two fighter squads and, with some leveling up, can hold up to 7. Combine that with its ability that can beef up its squadrons and its turret drones it can launch with another ability and you have a fearsome capital ship to use against those little neutral fleets that occupy planets early on in the game. Carriers are also
Well Frogboy I would think you guys would patch black market up real nice in 1.03! Also with the industry consolidation going on, this game will probably be the only innovative game (not a sequel) out for a while! I think Spore is the only other major release this year that will not be a sequel! WTF!!!!
Yeah, the only other hotly anticipated 2l8 titles are sequels especially in the RTS domain, there are two big name games, but they are sequals of sequals of seq
I work at a gamestop in Tampa Florida and purchased the game only after a coworker had told me that it was supposed to be good, but besides that I have heard nothing about the game, at work or elsewhere. Also since the game came out we have only had the one copy, so now we don't have any left. Also outside of that I have never seen it on a shelf at any other stores... a game this good usually would be advertised a little better, I wonder why they decided not to.
because u
Canadian retailers are selling sins, i've seen one! (yes, only one copy).
yeah, i was lucky to get the only copy at the EB games in gatineau canada. Although the futureshop website lists that there are some available at the local one, good thing !
First, as a Business student, i must say i admire the job you've done with your company. A private business that releases better products then bigger incorporated businesses is always great to see. And i just love to see that the people of Both Stardock and ironclad are pretty active in the forums and wont shy away from questions or comments, that goes a long way for your image. Second,(you probably saw that one coming), I love your products, specially Sins. oh and i'm about to check ou
With Impulse coming, I think Stardock will be well placed. I like Steam but it doesn't make sense for Stardock or Ironclad for Sins to be on it. Stardock has millions of users using its system as well.
And anyways, no product is truely competition proof and in complete control of the market. Somehow, somewhere there's always something bigger and better that comes/will come arround and either compete on even ground or dethrone the current "champ". Th
Heh, right now, In my business student perspective, i'd rather be Frogboy then the owner/president of most high-fad PC games. Because i can easely bet the cost to profit ratio is much better with stardock :P
am from the good old UK, based near Hull (at least some ppl will know what that is, well more likly then my town anyway)
I dont know about a Hull in the UK, but my college ins in Hull in quebec XD Btw, the other fun fact about my place in the world, its an excelent place to meet and beat old honda civic driving need for speed wanabies with my moms family sedan, ROFL
Yeah i was joyfully surprised by the price of sins of a solar empire. Now here's a fact, i live in Canada, and although the Canadian dollar is pretty much equal to the American dollar, we still are mostly overcharged for electronic goods.(and also fuel, we pay the equivalent of over 5$ a gallon now, sigh). so say a game is 49,99 in the US, we pay 59,99. 59,99 is basically the normal price of a new game, be it on 360/ps3 or PC. Some of the more expensive, regular edition console
At original poster whats your advertised internet connection speed? maybe that will help us get some insight into your problem
Althaz if a 400 mb download took you 9 hours, then its time for you to upgrade your connection.
