I lost my box that had the key in it when i moved and when i try to get the updated it has me enter it again, what do i do know ? do i buy the game again ?

everytime i log in it says that their is players onilne but I cant see anyone it says i got into the chat room and no one is their only the rare times when i log in am i able to see players

My account name is as this one is when i log into the forum bihajdin !! It says my account is found and I can not make another one someone please help me ? And sometimes when I log in I can see how many people are playing online but I can not join any games it is really frustrating Thank you,
