Basically the same problem here. The freezes I get seem to be all but random. One I got during the intro video, another on the menu, and most are in game at random times. I've tried the hotfix, tried lowering the settings and setting the game to Windowed mode, and nothing. It still crashes. The clincher is, is that I'm the host for all the multiplayer games between my buddies, so when I crash, they all freeze. I hope Nvidia has a fix coming soon, or Stardock, or one of the two...
