You know for us turtlers all you need to do is max out all the tactical slots with hangers and then basic defense platforms. Use a 50/50 fighter/bomber force. That will buy you enough time to send reinforcments wil not having your fleet spread so thin. Another trick is to base your fleet on one of the plenets nearest to the the star, that way when an enemy gathers you can deploy your forces to meet them faster at the planet they are jumping to.

I agree capital ships need amajor buff and here is why: They are call [i]capital[/i] ships. You need to invest lots of time and resources to get them, and as a result they need to live up to their name. Otherwise why not just rename them support cruisers or something? Please either gives us a capital ship buff or give us a new capital ship worhty of its title.

I for one hate playing with people who just play to win. I prefer having a good time and just plain old fun, a concept most have forgotten. In one of the more memerable games I play we all spent more time talking then actually killing eachother LOL and when their was killing it was still fun and everyone had a wondefdul time, even the losing side came back for another round. With cust abilities as well 3. More planet types and bonuses. 4. More artifacts 5. More research options (maybe something that can nullify the slow speed of ships within a stars gravoty well 6. After all these years I am still somewhat dumbfounded that NO ONE has a modded a terran planet to look like Earth or even make a map based off our own solar system. Dont ya think that would be kinda cool to be fighting in our backyard?

I think the Scrin would be a really cool addition to A Sins mod, especially since three units from the Scrin can just be added right off the bat, the stormrider, the PAC and the Devestator Warship. I am sure other units can also be created as well. Also for the Scrin you could have research that can terriform any planet into a "tiberium planet" Most suitable for the Scrin species. Of course the other factions would need research on how to counter the Scrin Terraforming.

I think it would be awesome if the player could put a custom decal on there capital ships. I LOVE being told stories, and my main gripe with Sins when I got it WAS the lack of a campaign, and still is. Does that mean I dont enjoy Sins? No. I love this game but it would be SO MUCH better if they had a campaign to add depth and detail to the game. Also it ticks me off that they get pissed if you decide to not do the mission. I think there should only be a penalty if you "accept" the mission and then fail it. If you do nothing then the AI happyness should do nothing.

Will there be an expansion with a major story driven mission game that each of the three factions can play? I was disappointed that there was not one.
