As the title states why not add more HUGE MAP scenarios as they are called? The only truly huge map is randomly generated each time, and the others are simply too small for my tastes. It would be VERY nice to have several multi starred maps with 150+ planets and other objects, and some with a tangible goal to fight for that renders an advantage to those who can claim and hold it.

Why are some people so worried about these being OP? These ships are meant to be OP and bring about the end game. Frankely if they are not the over powered end all dispute ships that they look like to be then I will be disappointed. I personally think cap ships and star bases are too weak as it is....

An idea for the pirates would be that their force size and techs only level up after a successful raid (I.e the planet is destroyed and their are multiple surviving ships to return back to base) Another factor would be cool is if the pirates get defeated routinely while on raids that their overall force starts to decrease and they become less active over all. (Hey who wants to be a pirate if your chances of dying on a raid are very high with low returns?) And perhaps the fleet guarding the ba

Pirates still level up too fast. The threat level should not rise so quickly especially after launching raids for cheap rewards of 250 to 1000. Realistically I cant even do much with the amount of money pirates get. Also the fact that I cant take them out early game with a fleet of five cap ships needs to be addressed...

I have all three versions of Sins of A Solar Empire and I was wondering if their was some way to "redeem" them to get Trinity instead. From what I gather its all the sins games rolled into one rather than three separate versions. Am I wrong?

All I want are ways to capture a planet without wiping everything off the map, or just turning neutral and losing any upgrades that planet has when recolonized by your forces after a cultural overthrow, other than that I think it has been well covered!

The Advent mothership(cap ship) looks like a toy when viewed from above, though I believe it has been mentioned as for that star base yeah it definetly looks like a tool that two scissoring advent women would use. I have thought about this as well and I figured there should be an invasion option, and some way for the defending player to counter it. While nuking/beaming the planet to death is fast and efficient over the long haul its espensive to rebuild while an invasion would take longer you would be able to bring the planet back to 100 a lot faster. In short I am all infavor of being able to simply passify a planet and assimilate it as fast as possible to ensure my coffers are overflowing with credit

Go through a worm hole? [e digicons]XD[/e] As for what I would do.... I would get the five planets around that atrops sta then build up. Also time your fleet arrival with the firings of your super weapon so there ships are disabled long enough for you to make hit and run attacks or even the odds.

I want some various sub factions, for me as a Vasari(sp) Player I like to treat my subjects well so I dont research the slavery option... so going from that maybe you could have various sects, like a Vasari sect that valued the populations on captured planets, a more militant sect or a mix between the two, same for TEC and Advent have some faction that specializes in one thing over the general faction, for instance the Vasari that value their captured populations may recieve a greater allianc

I noticed it too, I switched to play an ai empire on the brink of defeat and my former empire just sat there and did nothing, I was able to win because of it. This definetly needs a serious fixing.
