Multiplayer aint that hard. I have played like 5 matches and not everyone is super good and use the standard tactics. I have played against a dude who didnt build cap ships(1vs1) and a dude who tried to spam me with starter frigs(1vs1). Alot of fun. Just ask for other noobs to play with, play in a 3vs3 game or FFA. That way you will learn alot more then from playing against the AI. Also you have the forum for information about basic tactics.
