How do I turn off the feature where every planet already has enemy ships around them. I would like to start out even and far from other races it possible so I can build my empire up a little before I have to start fighting. Is there a way? It frustrating to start out building fighters to take planets ...why can't I discover a planet that doesn't have enemy ships around it?

Is there a way to start out a game with evey other race already surrounding every planet I go to. How did they get so make ships in the begining of the game. I have to start out fighting from the start. Is it possible to find a planet that doesn't have enemy ships around it...that I can claim without fighting. Can I turn this feature off so we all start even?
