Actually axxo2, that is the Capitalized Greek letter, Lambda. Interestingly enough (related to the Advent's mental prowess): In neurobiology, lambda denotes the exponential rate of decay of electric potential energy of a nerve's cell membrane each time it fires. Higher rates of lambda indicate increasingly active, or over excited, nerves due to above average stimulation of the brain's nerves at the probed (tested) location.

I can see the Omega-X being a bit more mid-tier for the Clark faction while the white stars were a bit closer to the end for the Sheridan faction.

Regardless I have an almost identicle setup (Hybrid drive, not full SSD) with a 560Ti 1gb card, same processor etc, and I have nearly zero issues. 20+ hour games on normal settings (1x speed), max graphics, huge map, full AI ... *shrugs* My individual cpu speed for each core is 3.3ghz.
