Agreed. The idea of sticky posts is to have few important topics on the front page of a forum, but if the 1st page is literally crammed with sticky threads the very meaning of them as "important, read them first"-threads is IMO completely negated.
Mazuro, I'm not bashing the forums, I just tried to get some info on this since I haven't read anything about it. Since I'm pretty new to Sins and this forum I only wanted to make sure it wasn't something on my end, like ISP problems or some weird problem. DDoS attacks? Oh my... what lowlife does that to a gaming comunity? Well, I hope the devs/stardock get it fixed soon.

Since I bought the game last week I've come here often to read up on the details of the game, browsing through many of the tips and tactics threads. BUT the forum is terribly slow on my 5MB ADSL connection with Firefox. The main Sins webseite loads ok, but the forum takes easily half a minute to display. Every time I open a thread I stare at the screen, waiting... waiting. Sometimes is works ok, but in my brief exper

Newbie from Germany here, first post. ;) I bought the game a couple of days ago and, after some initial confusion and frustration, really have started to like it. A lot. I'm actually more of a turn-based fan but I have to say that Sins really provides a very nice pacing of the gameplay, which I can only describe as highly addictive. Which has, unfortunately, lead to several late-night sessions where I totally forgot about the time, my need for sleep and my work schedule next day... A
