Multiplicity compatibility issues in Technical Sins Forums

While playing sins, I bring up the menu to pause the game, I'll gain control over my second machine using multiplicity, and if I don't do what I want to do fast, when I come back to the game I won’t be able to click on anything. The mouse-over effects still work, but when I try to click it won’t go through.
