Point is; don't take anything seriously. If someone really thinks like that; sucks to be them. Although, chances are they, that they're just making a (bad) joke.
Knowing the environment you're making a joke in also helps to make people rrealize you are joking. For instance, you wouldn't go into Camden, NJ and starting making jokes about black people, just like if the comment were made in a place were people t
The sad part is, if people read the baseless accusations people post, they are often comparable to the post of shade1978x except they are being completely serious so no one would know that he was or was not being sarcastic. Also, a concept some people can't quite grasp the concept that sarcasm

I know what you're saying Dragoon but you can't honestly say that after so long the idiots don't eventually get to you.

Hey everyone, I was reading an article on Gamespot today about how Killzone 2 had sold 1 million copies when amidst all the stupid fanboy comments there was this one: shade1978x <a style="background-image: url(http://userimage.gamespot.com/images/icon/2/9/20635252639931329176758981312392/icon.jpg);" href="htt

There is no documentation of healthy animals trying to destroy themselves, or their entire species.
It's not so much we are trying to destroy ourselves but rather those we identify as our enemies/competitors. This behavior has actually been documented among animals such as pack animals and chimps.

Thinking of space is to me, sometimes very depressing. Realizing that the universe is so incredibly huge and that we're most likely a tiny island in a sea of nothingness often leads me to start thinking about what happens after we die then to realize that since I'm so tiny, what actual impact do I have on anything, even if I can benefit society the society is so relatively microscopic in comparison to the universe.

The Zero looks pretty amazing. As for a price range I'd say below $100 though I would go higher. However, I think I'll keep these upgrade ideas in the back of my head for now. It turns out there was a cord that was folded and jammed into the graphics card's fan and that was causing the problem. Pretty stupid of me not to think of that sooner. Thanks though.

So I got the GTX 260 and installed it. Works fantastically but the only problem is its still running in my NZXT Hush case. That was fine for my old card but no with the extra wires from the new PSU combined with my water cooling system for my CPU there's essentially no air flow. It gets so bad that my computer actually shuts down while playing games because the card gets so hot. Does anyone have any suggestions for a new case with really good airflow?

It might also help that I'm really looking for old classic cars.

I had the same computer (almost) and upgraded it bit by bit. I started by upgrading my graphics card to an 8800GTS though your AGP slot really complicates things. My suggestion would to not go to the i7 quite yet and get a PCI-E slot motherboard (I got mine for about $100) and then go from there. Though I guess it all really depends on what you really need upgraded. The Wolfdale/Yorkfield CPUs are pretty cheap at the moment but still very effective. Also, as Mottikhan said a new case wo

Thanls for the input, after some consideration I'm going to get the 260. Also I got a 680W PSU to replace my old 500W one.

Sorry if this has been addressed elsewhere but I'm upgrading my graphics card and I'm wondering if the extra $150 dollars is worth the performance upgrade for a 285 instead of a 260. Also, don't suggest SLI because my board doesn't support it. As for games I play, COD5, Far Cry 2, and the Crysises and these are all on a 22" 1680x1050 monitor. Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks

Thank you PDJ. The problem has been fixed and you're pretty much the only one to say nothing negative about my program choices. I deeply appreciate that.

So I know this seems like a weird topic but does anyone know of a decent used car internet search engine? Thanks.

My actual right hand can't play a Mozart Piano concerto but that doesn't mean I'll get rid of it. As for the default browser, I set Firefox to the default under the Default Programs panel and Norton still doesn't want to comply.

Well guys, thanks for something (kind of). The problem isn't browsing the web, its that when I click the renewal button in Norton it automatically opens AOL not me. Also, there is no visible link to copy As for the grammer Nazi, I know how to spell oxymoron, I had 10 hours of sleep in the past 48 hours when I wrote it. And as for <a id="ctl00__Content__RepeaterReplies_ctl05__LinkUser" class="hand" title="Click user name to view more options." onclick="Sd.Menus.showMe

Ok, so I know the title is sort of an oxy-moron and first off I don't want anyone preaching how AOL sucks. I use it. Get over it. Anyway on to the problem, my Norton Antivirus subscription renewal is coming up (same goes for Norton comments) and I click the button which will bring me to the webpage where I renew it. Only problem is it opens in AOL and AOL doesn't really like being froced open to see a webpage so I get an error and can't open the page. How can I change the browser the page wil

All right guys, thanks for the info, it looks like it'd just be best to reintstall the other programs. Thank god I already began installing on my external drive.

Ok, so here's my problem. I want to upgrade to the 64-bit edition of Windows Vista but I'd have to do a clean install. Here's my question: can I just copy all my files, program and documents onto an external hard drive, then install vista and copy them back? My main concern is would they all still work? I've done the same type of thing before whith copying the program files folder to another drive and back again w/o any problems but that was without changing operating systems.

Thanks guys, I got a wireless signal extender and now have a great connection in my basement.

Hey guys, I've recently remodeled my basement and am planning creating a home theater setup complete with game consoles and a computer. There is one Verizon Fios cable outlet down there with which to hook into the tv. My question is: Can I use a splitter to split the one cable outlet into multiple ones and them connect it to a modem and then to a wired router so I can plug ethernet cables into my consoles and PC. I know what components I'd need and where to get them but the real issue
