Are you special? Do you not think I have tried to rationalise the game and it's habits? Think about what you type before you commenting dipshit! Yet again!!! I find the AI constantly, over and over going for the human player...i'm using V1.02 and am on the last map of the medium maps. does the AI give a shit about the other 30 planets? NO! just mine...I mean haha sometimes I wonder if the devs are sadistic!
This level is a joke! It's a medium map and your ally asks you to do hard missions from the outset, totally unreasonable. ALL the other AI gang up on you. I tried getting a few peace treaties going with the other enemeies and they stab me in the back upon completion! If you do get somewhere with the other AI armies they then ask you to attack your ally as they have made a pact with each other in 30 minutes.....just shite really.
I think this MOD makes an allready long game even more long winded. I like some of the tweeks but I don't have all the time in the world...
I'm making my way through the medium sized maps and some of the levels have you starting with an ally. When he requests you do a mission for him it's normally to destroy 15!!!!!! ships of an enemy whih is just a tad hard to do within the first 15/20 minutes unless you can easily pick off some of the scout ships which are very quick. I mean 15!
First of all let me say that this is an excellent game and I am new to space combat but have played C&C titles. I would have to agree with the original post. How are some of you NOT finding that when there is more than 2 AI's, that you don't get ganged up on? It's ridiculous and spoils the game. You can bang on about treaties but at what point do you get to do that whilst you are building up your forces yourself let alone hopping round the galaxy trying to gain favour with other fleets!
