I'm going to see about porting over the Empire later tonight. In a few days, we should have the Empire ported over, minus the HUD icons, etc. Oh, and the Empire's titan is modeled and textured, so we just have to do the voices and codes and it will be ready. EDIT: Why the hell is my avatar so tiny?

Looking at that list, I'm beginning to realize just how much cooperation there is among the various mods. Other than DoV, that is. Hal (or more) of the people on that list have either helped or have been helped by the members of the 7DS team.
By "The home stretch" Samaz means that we're on what we hope will be the last beta version before the final release. After that, on to Rebellion!

I might be able to make it through research right now by giving research stations an ability that broadcasts the buff to all planets, but I'm not entirely sure how well it would work. If it DOES work, though, it would remove the need for an ability on every ship.
Uhh... Can someone remind me why we switched from having a passive Impenetrable shields to the active Force Onslaught? Imp. Shields was practically foolproof, other than the "Don't put ability points in here" bug.

We removed the Advent and the Vasari because they were getting destroyed by everything else. The TEC was redone and made into an economical beast, so we added them back in. As for bug reports, you can always post them on our forums .
Haha, we're pretty much in a coma. Forum got taken back by a few months when we switched servers, so the new mod teams have no posts in the forums. As far as I can tell, the Empire is the only thing that's being developed out of all the mod teams that aren't manned by Danman, and for now the Empire team is just me and Thoumsin.

I don't usually get minidumps (vista) unless I'm using Dev.exe to test some new codes for 7DS, so I don't think we can blame this on vista, much as I would have loved to.

Ok, for some reason it won't let me edit my post. Ok File, that looks awesome, but I have ONE problem with it. The moving part. As you are well aware, sins doesn't support moving parts, however you can get around that by using particle effects to achieve the same goal. I don't know if you can particle forge, and if you can't let me know so I can give Dodonado a heads up that I might need him.

I'm getting minidumps trying to load any large map. And I downloaded fresh copies of everything.
Hmm... Maybe an old trick from Empire at War will work... Try setting the cooldown to -1. That's how we gave ships invulnerability. It'll probably cause a minidump, but it might be worth a try.

About hardcodes: I don't think there's a single member on the team who hasn't wanted to strangle someone because of them. I know it's annoying having to watch Fileosoft (thoumsin)'s, Kyogre's, Makon, my, and a few other's models be delayed from incorporation because of the hardcodes.
