How about completely destroying planets? Or, maybe just uninhabitable by siphoning all the air out of the atmosphere (I would really like that one) the idea of simply making a planet a complete waste is pretty viable late game when it doesn't matter to add one more to your empire. Or better yet, slave ships...just round up all the women and children and send them to the nearest orbital refinery for the rest of their days. hehehe, maybe just smelt them down into ammunition. Nothing comes
