I've been having problems logging in to ICO with Diplomacy for the last few days. I keep getting the "old version detected" network error. I have no issues with either Entrenchment or the core game. A forum search turned up hotfixes as a common cause for this error but, as far as I know, Diplomacy is fully updated. If there is some place to apply hotfixes other than the "my games" tab, I haven't been able to find it. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Do most players go for one massive fleet or several mid-sized fleets? Or does map size dictate what fleet organization you would choose?
Maybe it was just a glitch. I forgot to save the replay so I can't go back and look. I figured it might have something to do with the other Rapture using vengence as well, etc. But sounds like it's not normal so I won't worry about it. Thanks for the help.
I recently started trying the advent (have always used TEC before) and, while testing them against an AI advent, came across an interesting situation. In the early game I had a small fleet which consisted of a Rapture, about a dozen Disciples and an Iconus. I ran into the enemy fleet which consisted of a Rapture and 15 or so Disciples.
