I lost a titan this way pre-patch. Haven't had it happen to me since then, but a couple of pirate ships did get lost in one of the stars' gravity wells.
Heh, that looks like a god-mech from an anime cartoon Can't wait to use that one.
I thought this, too. Looks good and am looking forward to trying it out.
I've always been able to queue a capital ship, frigate, or cruiser as soon as I choose the research to make it available, but I haven't noticed it actually start construction or anything. As an example, I click to research the LRM Frigate. Go into my ship build interface and queue up a bunch of LRM's then some of the light frigates. It will build the light frigates until the research for the LRM is complete. Its always done this as far as I can remember.</p
I'm curious about the next stage of the Beta, but am more than happy to work with what they've given us so far. Patience, my young grasshopper.
I can't say for certain until I play the other two, but in the past I've favoured the Advent a little over TEC and never really played the Vasari. I can't see that changing over much, but will have to see how things shake out.
Really odd that you all are experiencing this since the update a couple of days ago. After the update, I started a new game against an aggressive AI, and it fought tooth and nail up to the very last planet. I would imagine it would have continued to fight even further if my culture hadn't neutralized its culture on the last planet. The last hour or so of the game was spent with me sending a fleet in along with my titan while my backup fleet stayed behind to shore up the

Thanks, Was hoping to get something for you guys this week, but we're short staffed with GDC going on this week (and we've found a couple nasty, new bugs). Assuming that this week doe

It is by %10.
I'm pretty sure the pirates have always accumulated un-checked on their planet. I remember spending upwards of 2 or 3 hours to defeat the pirates on their planet. Haven't encountered any rampant rebels yet.
Not sure if its the same thing or not, but when I load Rebellion it goes to a black screen and sits there for a minute or two then goes on and runs fine. How long have you given it before killing the process?
Did you guys notice each different sun color comes with a different special ability? I think that's pretty cool. Also I really like the new moons.
Yeah, noticed that when I jumped a ship out of a gravity well to repair and rest in a somewhat safe place, and lo and behold it wasn't repairing.
For me, I've noticed the Titan sits way off to the side, out of the range of its support abilities.
Titans need to be put further down in the tech tree...like most mods requiring eight military labs for the uber ships.
I agree, it should be further down the tech tree, maybe 6 or 7.
