For jumping Vasari Rebel SB, the antimatter removal and HP removal seem to linger in the gravity well after the SB has left. For locked teams, they don't seem to work. When NewPlayer left, my new AI teammate waged war on me, even though the teams were locked. If you need the saved game, let me know.

I know. Maybe I just didn't look at the right time.
As the name implies, the war measures act tax increase doesn't appear to apply.
You all want to nerf Strip to the Core into oblivion. Each race has amazing techs, and doing what you all suggest is just going to make VL weaksauce.
From my archive: [DT]Raging Amish - Amazing player, with lightning fast counters. Very knowledgeable in combat mechanics and loves to use scouts; it is not uncommon to see 30+ scouts with him early game. Especially good with Advent.
Easy up on the nerf hammer there buddy. I'd suggest lvl 1 on titan research (thereby requiring 1 military lab) for mobile rulership. Your strip to the core ideas are nice, but durations and cost are excessive. Remember, you want to balance things, not nerf them into oblivion.
Hey guys. Let me settle this for you all. Forget the fucking lore, and just get this shit balanced.
Welcome back Amish. I have your old writeup on my computer :)
While you were a little harsh on the devs and maybe a little too heavy handed with the nerf hammer, overall I agree with your assessments or at least their train of thought.
There are lots of needs. If someone can do the work, I wouldn't mind updating. I'm too busy working, with family, or playing.
LOLOLOL Rushing Strip to the Core and then eating every terran and desert plan is 100% guarantee of winning right now. Hopefully balance changes will nerf it a little.
This is an old request from the begining of the game. I don't see it being fixed more than what they did with giving you a high likelihood of having a roid and a dward.
Check you file integrity as well using Steam.
From an MP perspective, I like the surrender button because if some jerk decides to stay, I don't have to worry about a surrendered player. Pressing the quit button means I still have to kill all those planets to get the victory.
Soooooo ..... they didn't fix all desyncs
But now they can track and fix it better.
Sounds kinda random :)
We have fixed all of the known desync issues, including one that goes all the way back to the original game
Which one was that? Damn nasty little bug hiding out all that time.
"Game will now verify sync state on autosave and notify players if the game is out of sync." Halleluiah Chorus ensues!
The fact that they have said that many desync bugs have been smashed to oblivion and that we haven't got a new beta suggests that they are going ahead with the June 12th launch. With that said, I hope the balance and what not works out and that the desyncs are in fact fixed. As for Captain Obvious, I would say we should see it before June 13th.
Ok, so almost no cap ship abilities work on titans (e.g, ion bolt, phase out hull), yet the Radiance DA ability does. What gives?
Why am I listed under MEGALOMANIACAL BORES
PSPS. Yarlen i would worry if i was in your place. How tends to have many children with one he loves
You realize they call it SINS of a solar EMPIRE for a reason?
Oops wrong account. Let me state it officially: No way to verify 100% that we caught them all but the desync situation for launch should be much improved. We've tracked some really nasty desyncs and stomped them into the ground.
You've always been my favorite dev. Don't worry Yarlen, I still love you too.
I don't think your buff goes far enough quar. RB is completely useless right now. It should not only cover the grav well, but adjoining grav wells as well.
