So I'm trying to download and install the Implulse application. I have tried on both XP SP2 32bit box and a Vista 64bit box. Each time with the same result, an error message: "The Impulse setup program is unable to download files from the Internet to complete the installation process. Please check your Internet connection and firewall settings and retry setup. The Impulse installation will now exit.
