Too many things going on for a casual player like me to keep up with @__@
Supabish
I think the current income penalty for supply upkeep doesn't make sense. If a massive fleet gets taken out the supply upkeep should drop, not stay at the same level. This allows for recovery and a chance for the player to come back. Instead of having set upgrades I think upkeep cost should increase as a function of number of ships active and also decrease accordingly. What do you guys think?
well, cutscenes would be nice for story purposes sins has a nice backstory but its a pity it doesnt go anywhere
Instead of cut scenes, they could use the game itself to tell the story. Build a campaign mode and tell the story as you play. That is infinitely better than cut scenes for me since not only do you get the story but you're directly living through it. It's like watching an action scene compared to you
The description would be better off stating some kind of specially engineered shape rather than talk about aerodynamic profiles. I was just bored any way, don't take this so seriously :p
The TEC's second tier auto-cannon upgrade description says it boasts aerodynamic profiles which increases penetration. Um... last I checked we were fighting in space... which means no air. Is this a mistake or am I missing something?
Go to the Research screen, click on Fleet Logistics, and upgrade your Supply level.
I feel they should increase the fleet supply for each incremental upgrade. This will allow for more ships, which should make for more spectacular battles :D
I second that, Stevo. I'm in Sydney and I downloaded the patches through my uni's proxy. No hassle at all. I reckon its the topic creator's own issues for his relatively slow download speed.
This is getting ridiculous. Ironclad and Stardock do not spam. At all. I applaud the companies for their services and their games. The fact that staff members are here, keeping in touch with their userbase is evident enough of their dedication. If you need help, Ijustwantapatch, ask for it nicely. No need to be a total ass about it. They are willing to help you.

mmkay kryo. Sorry about all this mess.
Sorry mate, if I sounded negative. Yes, I am not in a good mood. I have a cold, I'm tired from the day, and I'm insulted by some teen on the internet (which I shouldn't get worked up for).
Cutting fire off doesn't make any problem. Understand? That's simple.
Leaving fire on (which is perfectly fine) doesn't make any problem. Understand? It's simple. To bring myself lower, I'm telling you to go watch the start of Star Wars Episode III. "OMG burning ships".
Why don't you give a little bit less silly arguments? Oh wait, you can't. You prefere to stay pathetic. To tell you the truth, I don't really think that people stupid, but when th
You definitle have problems with eyes;))
You definitely have problems with ears.
Yes, actually I studied logic. And did you study to read carefully at school?
No, you're the one who needs to learn how to read. Marlowe objectified the words 'logical reasoning' and used it in a rhetorical question, one that basically states you need to learn how to reason logically. I do not believe you study 'logic', unless you mean sliding colourful blocks
Go to the research screen (top, middle of the screen). Select Logistics, then upgrade Fleet Supply from there. Beware though, the higher supply you go for, the higher upkeep you have to pay in percentage.
Commander, children will never admit they're wrong. Previous posts are evident enough.
Dark_Cloud, please don't encourage children to smoke :p After reading the responses, I won't bother arguing since you (JKE J) don't get what I said anyway.
Have you ever heard about STRATEGY GAMES? Or the only thing you have seen before was toys in the box with "for little idiots" sign?
Contradict much? You whine about how space fire is oh-so unrealistic yet at this point you argue my point by saying 'it's a game'. I don't think you even see the connection. A pity, really.
Wow, you are terrificly clever! You must be a Superpower Mind living in another dimension!

Wow, you are terrificly clever! Y
Can anybody really like this? It sucks, I meen with this burning space fleets it's like for 8-11 years boys and girls game...
From what I've read so far, this game suits your age range! I'll give you a small list of 'unrealistic' things before I brush my teeth and go to bed: 1) Sound cannot travel in vacuum. This game should have absolutely no sound other than those people talking over a radio, and the music. 2) Did you happen to look at how the plan
Awesome. Thanks :D
*EDIT: Sorry about the above posts. This forum's pretty bad...
1) The only benefit of having more labs than is required is that if your planet(s) get taken over by the opponent, you will still have enough labs to research what you haven't already or to use one of the super weapons. Having more labs does not affect the time it takes to research a technology. 2) Check out the icons on the left side of the HUD beside each planet.
