I have basically the same system as SharkyRockon. It worked flawlessly until I installed 1.05 and now it is unplayable. It crashes 5 seconds or less in to any single player game (if I can make it through the main menu without crashing). I am using ForceWare 175.16

Ran 1.04 fine for hours and hours of play. I have never had any issues. Installed 1.05 - now the screen flashes out every 5-10 seconds in the main menu and the game locks up completely when I launch the game (Single player); usually within 10-15 seconds. Newest Nvidia and DX drivers. SLI'd 7900 GT's on an AMD 64X2 system running Windows XP Pro. Anyone else having similar issues?
