All UI elements missing on Windows 7 in Technical Sins Forums

I just installed Windows 7 on the last computer in my house. After getting Impulse and Sins of a Solar Empire installed, Sins isn't working properly. It worked fine on the computer previously when it was running Vista, but now with Windows 7 I have a very strange problem with all UI elements missing on all the menu screens and in the game. I've installed the latest NVIDIA drivers and uninstalled and reinstalled the game multiple times, but nothing has been able to fix it.</p
