Problem with Expansion pack registration in Technical Sins Forums

I recently bought a laptop and have downloaded impulse on it, I run Windows 7 and my browser is Mozilla Firefox. Yesterday I bought the Entrenchment/Diplomacy bundle pack. I see it on the "my games" tab and I see all the registration keys on my registrations tab but here's the problem. When I go to download either expansion it prompts me to install which I click "yes" then it says that it appears this item is not registered and it gives me the option to register or cxl.&
