When trying to access the developer exe tool a message appears telling me that the file fmod.dll was notfound. I have tried to downdload the file again but the same message appears. Do I need another file or something else to run it? thank you.

I bought Sins of a Solar Empire right after playing the demo and it is my favorite strategy game. The one thing that I love is the scope of the ships and planets.
