48$ shipping to Canada? Yeesh, why is it that Norway and the UK have cheaper shipping than me? I was willing to pay 70$ for the 'upgrade', but I'm not going to pay 118$ just for some trinkets, on top of the 30$ I already paid.

I bought the game on steam recently (Trinity), and I cannot play. Whenever I try to open the game, I get a black screen, maybe a few seconds of a black screen, or the game itself, then it minimizes again. Could anyone help me? Thanks
