Major Stress, I'm a noob, I know, sorry for the frustration with this kind of report-- but I came across a dump in game and would like to know where to find the code or what ever it is you need to find it. I was researching that last item before you can research the defiant (same tree), had just clicked on it, and it dumped. Sorry I don't have more detail, but I really have not encountered any dumps before this, and don't know what to look for for reporting purposes.&nbs

I agree here. I only pointed out that "all" ships do this when exploding was to point to canon stuff. I do agree that having all ships generate damage on death would be way over the top. But a capital ship, that would be something, and maybe only on a random basis. Like I stated before, though, it was just a question/thought generated by the Glorios Sacrifice ability. I don't think every ship should have it. I'm no modder, and as such for me to make a suggestion

In the Star Trek universe, when a ships warp core decided to blow up, any ships within a "range" of the dying ship suffered damage. Or at least it was eluded to that damage would occur. I just finished another portion of a game that has to this point lasted 23 hours. I have esentially played to a stalemate with two pinch points on the map pretty much garded by starbases with 305000 shield, not to mention what ever they have for hull points. Can't seem to do much more than about 5 to 7000 points of damage with large fleets before having to retreat. I also have some starbases which have maxed out at 150000 shield points. I'm sure this was covered, but I missed it. Surveillancemike was mentioning bigger looking ships, which got me to thinking---when a frigate dies, it explodes, when a capital ship dies it explodes bigger. I wonder if anyone ever measured the amount of various green house gasses released by the eruption of Mt.
