I think the rpg style paths sounds awesome. Really too bad with the archailects though, they would have been a very nice addition to the rogues/hypercorp finishing out that universe and with a very different playstyle to boot. Fall of the cosmos or fallen cosmos are okay i guess. I have always liked sins of the fallen, but i can understand beeing bored with a name hehe.

Well you should do what works for you offcource. I think the new variation would be fine without having all the info. What content are you wondering abouth changing up?

I like Sins of the Cosmos best of the alternatives outlined. But then i like Sins of the Fallen aswell. Sins of the fallen seem like it fits better with nephilim and plague while sins of the cosmos fits with every race youve added. Anyway, good to see the mod still going strong.

Just took the rebellion version for a spin. It was nice, well the little that is in that is hehe. Pirates worked nice although they could be a little powerful with tec rebels due to the "pirates are my friend research". But hey thats just cool. I wonder something, in the planet uppgrade menu there are room for 3 more uppgrade buttons, are one able to do anything at all with this or is it off limit due to hardcoded or something? Also the TEC dread ability "advanced fire control

True that, who can say no to such a face. Maybe Zombie will have some food for it soon. Personally i am hungry too, so we can eat together. :D

First of all i did not name you anywhere so stop thinking of yourself as the center of the universe, my comments were directed at one side not you in particular. ---------Disruptors and phasers leave no vapor remnant- and if they actually did vaporize a person, then any time we see that happen in an enclosed space, the firer's life should also be claimed. An expanding cloud of superheated vapor is very lethal .That said- a phaser's magic nadion particles prett

I must say Redneck has some good points, there are others far more meriting the title "fanboy" here. Just a few things ive noticed: in star trek just one shot from a disruptor can cause a persons entire body to vaporate, thats alot more power than any empire hand held energy weapon has as far as i know. The medical science of the federation seems more advanced than the empires: they can mend broken bones and remove cuts by just moving a beam from a tiny handheld device over it

Well Whiskey. I dont mind that you belive in something that others cannot prove you wrong in, but if you are looking for inconsistencies in the bible you dont have to look far. For a so called divine work i find it amusing that it is so poorly written, one should think that if god truly inspired those who wrote them he could atleast give them a better understanding of words and coherency. And dont you find it strange that this divinely inspired , and thus, inerrant, No exceptions

What you say is pretty mediocre stuff that pretty much has been repeated to death over and over again. Remember that the bible is written by mortals, and those mortals may have gotten it wrong. Very few christians believe EVERY single word that the bible concists off. So you reading the bible and finding inconsistencies and stupid stuff pretty much just tells us that the book was indeed written by mortal men. That do not dissprove god in any way, it just disproves those crazies that t

Just a 1 general draft of the 4 disciplines and some possibly powers: Clairsentience powers enable you to learn secrets long forgotten, to glimpse the immediate future and predict the far future, to find hidden objects, and to know what is normally unknowable. Psychoportation powers move creatures and objects through space or even time itself, enabling instantanious travel anywhere in the universe or even to different planes of existence. Psychokinesis powers dea

A fight between the empire and the federation go alot further than merely crunching ship and gear stats in any case. Unless you want to magically transport the respective factions entire military might to a battle arena you have to take into consideration the universe they each exist in and their respective problems. The empire beeing a hyge tyrant need to have a military presence to subdue the worlds under its controll, they are also currently engaged in hostilities against the

My personal (note this hehe) take on the concepts you have above would be: I would have one military utility cruiser with nano tech repair ability. I would have one psionic utility cruiser (shadow) with a large matter pool and several different abilities: Telekinetic shield, combustion, matter manipulation, psionic blast etc, lot of varying abilities releated to all the different disciplines. I would have a capitol ship (spectre) with more powerful abilities

Hmm, good concept base there. If you had implemented it as it stands i would not have been disatisfied. However i am a bit uncertain abouth the number of psionic vessels, if all their support will be psionic how large percent of their fleet will be psionic in nature then? 2 support cruisers+1 capital ship. I have always been one for quality over quantity for special stuff myself, so im probably predidetermined in this area, so take what i say with a pinch of salt, hehe. I think i would go wit
