Now that looks very good. Also it strikes me that if you have more time you may add even more stuff to the mod! 1.32 may take some time :D What abouth switching out the hangar platforms with golans? Seeing they would have better firepower they could cost 6 instead of 4. Golans are just quintessential star wars defences and would fit alot better than than the tec hangars/and or gaus platforms. I understand they would need to be balanced with standard races but that can always be fixed

Well what is the essence of a hypercorp. Hmm, i would say profit if it is run like any normal company. But then they have their nano/psionic side aswell, so they have many avenus open to them. I think i would go with some fom of income, imo tech is all abouth trade while hypercorp is all abouth income, not just from trade but from anywhere, selling/buying, market manipulation, various services etc. Yeah i know its tricky, because its not solely related to the one faction.

Hmm rogue traders titan eh, looks a mite strange to me i must admit, i am having some problems seeing it as a rogue vessel, but maybe i just need some time. hehe. Oh.. so will of the founders stack! Didnt know that hehe, yeah for sure that will help immensly. And when the damage gets fixed they will be pretty darn nice. So far ive favored klingon weapon platforms as they can rech what is it 680 damage with the boost although at the price of taking damage themselves. But when you hide them behind the meatshield starbase it works well. :P

When i wonder abouth tech/ships/abilities i just do a quick game and read up on it/quickly level some cap ships if i wonder abouth their abilities. Its really very-very easy. No reason for Soase to spend hours making a complete list when everyone can just do that, also there is the fun in exploring unchartered space. :P

Everything works now, i noticed quite a few files were uppdated after my initial play so it was probably that. It was rogues/hypercorp/archailect but as i said everything works now. I always download the newest files before i play, but so far ive done it without the script, i just didnt bother with it the first times hehe, but ill prob get it going now. As you said its easier. Yup looking forward to more stuffing for the hypercorp research trees, not to mention moons

Bah, seems my last post didnt get posted. Played through the different races yesterday. Found some spelling errors but nothing major, had a few ctds but they had nothing in common besides having played for a long time. Also i liked the new take on pirate music, much more soothing. hehe.

Not really, i always let the game progress when i test so i usually take it to autosave 30+ on a small map with 9-12 planets. I wiped em out at autosave 30-40 somewhere.

Buy diplomacy imo, how poor can you be? Unless your answer is that you live in the jungle in a straw hut.. Uppdating all the diffferent versions just takes up unneccesary time for the modders, how many version should they need to release, 1: normal sins 2: entrenchment 3: diplomacy and now 4: rebellion. That sounds yucky from my perspective. :D

Ive played 2 games so far, pirates seem to be pretty okay, they werent exactly a threat once you got defences going but it is imo better than the zounds of pirates in the previous version. Pirate base was pretty much like normal sins it seems, maybe a tad more ships there defending hard to say really. I think they could be a tad more dangerous to prove more of a challenge, but this pretty much comes down to how YOU like your pirates, do you like em weak and more of a nuisance o

Nice job Soase. :) Maybe you could implement whatever lets you show more pictures later on, as in 6 sets of pictures, and you need a main screen of your own imo. Hehe, just some silly visual suggestions for an allready top mod. edit: the pathfinder vessel of the replicators got 5000 hp, 5000 shield, and its damage is listed as 5000 laser damage.. :P Also the Kraken battlecruiser is named krarken.
