I was told there was a mod that would allow more capital ships, does anyone know where i can get this? Thanks

I have all of the Capital Ship crew research maxed out but for some reason i only have 15 cap ships and not 16 one of my ships was destroyed in battle but it never let me build another one, is this normal?

so does the PJI have to be over the phase jump line or the whole outside area i know that ships can phase jump a 45 degree angle so how to i include four phase jump line while not using up too many tactical slots

Hey i am new to the game, can someone tell me if using more than one phase jump inhibitor makes a difference or if there was any way to increase the amount of the inhibitor, right now i am playing a game where i have a planet that is the link to my other worlds and the jump lane to another star i have lots an lots of ship in the gravity well but every now and then two or three ships get by
