nope, my PC has been on and off multiple times and its still not working. same error message

ok, been looking at this game for a while and it looks kinda good so i went a baught it. when i chuck the CD in and click install game it just says 'cannot find mia.lib try re-installing the application and try again' that makes NO sence because i havent installed it >. opend up the CD in explorer and theres a file there called mia.lib, why cant it find it?
