It seems like users of entrenchment are logging into the same lobby, but the people who haven't purchased it are unable to join/host/play games with them. There should be some kind of differentiation between the two, like a separate lobby.

I did but they did not respond. I find it quite odd that there is no place for me to do this within the game.

I am trying to find out how I can change the password that I use to login to the game online but I can't find it... can someone please point me in the right direction?
