I second the motion, but start up some of the mod music while I wait [e digicons]:inlove:[/e]

So are there any standalone titan level reset mods out there anymore?
Unfair. They're working now though, maybe the one I was hitting just had its fleet way off.
The game I'm on, the AI don't seem to be doing much of anything. We're hours in, the Advent guy I'm hitting doesn't have synergy for his defenses, no bases, have yet to see his fleet after blowing up two worlds. I'll try a different game if it's not the usual thing though.
Your mod doesn't play nice with the AI, though =(
Anyone have/can make a mod to reset titan levels on destruction that works with the current version? I could only find one made earlier, and it crashes with Forbidden Worlds.
It seems that some ships can't attack pirates. 2 of my Disciples flat-out refused to fire at a pirate pillager and a pirate rogue (which was rather unfortunate for the planet they were at). On the other hand, the two seekers I sent in were perfectly willing to shoot at the pirates.
All right, I'll try to record it from the most recent autosave then. Thanks.
Say I got a recording of a nice battle, but it's the last ten minutes of an hour-long session. Is there any way to shorten it down to just the last ten minutes, or do I have to fast forward through the first 50 minutes each time I watch it? And is it possible to splice the good parts of a recording together from multiple playing sessions?
I have the .95 version for Entrenchment, and have the extras folder in and activated, but am not seeing dynamic movement. Is it somewhere in the options where I need to turn it on?
How do we turn dynamic movement on? It isn't anywhere in the options, do I have to put the file in some particular place?
It seems to me that fighters and bombers assign a fairly high priority to attacking flak frigates, certainly higher than attacking such things as light frigates. Why is that? Strike craft shouldn't seek out and combat a dedicated anti strike craft ship like they do.
Which kinda sucks, it would be better if micro could make a lot of shots miss, at least in the case of small ships zigzagging across space turning inside a missile's own turn radius, something that could make for instance a cobalt look like it was raised in the Matrix.
Oops, double post[e digicons]:-"[/e]
This looks awesome, but my brother doesn't like mods. Since we use the same computer, is this a mod that can easily be turned on and off, or is it a more permanent thing?
So does anyone know how to do this?
It would seem to me that a fine way to counter the Frontal Deflector is simple flank attacks, either come in from different phase lanes or as far apart as you can on the same phase lane, if the SB chases one group the other hammers on the back. You could even circle it so the frontal deflector is only working against a small amount of the damage heading for it. Against someone with Debris Vortex, you could try to retreat damaged ships before they get destroyed, if the Orky chases
Try a large kamikaze squad of Arcovas to get his stabilizers, you can use Darvin's idea and send in 2 fleets, each having a bunch of Arcovas. Run in, blast the node, run when he shows up, have the other fleet blast the node by them. Otherwise definitely Novaliths.
Quickly, not sure. Maybe you could have some frigates skirt it and then shoot a Kostura at the area? The way I go with is a scout frigate or two and some flak frigates, but those take a while and need some micro to not get themselves blown up.
Do the TEC and Advent SBs have some sort of advantage to negate the mobility of an Orkula? Also is there any gravity well aside from stars where you can have multiple SBs? Anyway, I normally play TEC, and I have similar configurations to the other TEC plans already here, and more specialized ideas for stars, especially stars that are also chokepoints: Flank SBs (generally 2) 2XWeapons, 3XHealth, 2XSelf-destruct, 1XTrade Center SB 3
Give them some minor flak so they aren't totally helpless to Hanger Defence?
Especially if the enemy has a front-line factory.
With many planets, stars especially, enemies can come in from several directions. An idea that occured to me to be able to reach them all fast is to move my forces over the top of the star, and stoop on anyone that comes in. Strikecraft move through a star to get across, and once I saw some of my ships chase another over the top, but how do I do it on purpose? The Z axis movement control doesn't seem to do much, and keeps deleting what I put into it, and I don't know what else there i
Ah, thanks.
Where do I go on Impule to download the patch? I just see it offering Entrenchment and SINS itself, nothing about a patch...
