Resolution Setting, LCD HDTV in Technical Sins Forums

Hello, I changed monitors to a 46" LCD tv. When a launch Sins, it tries to launch under my old resolution which is not supported by my tv. Where can I edit the resolution and refresh rate outside of the in-game menu? Thank you.
