However until Impulse Marketplace becomes available, updates and re-downloading are limited to the original registrant.
If stardock supports this gamers bill of rights and point 10 allows me to transfer ownership and if I so choose to never use that registration again, I should be able to remove it from my account and give it to someone else. I've played 2 FFA's with diplomacy (and always with 2 or greater hard AIs) and I've also noticed that 1)The AI never increase bounties on other AI's and 2)The AI's seem to know that I was the one who placed the bounties (OR the AI default to placing bounties on the human player). Obviously I haven't done any specific testing of this, but I can at least suggest what the OP said is correct.
I completely agree. I would even state that the research is broken as it stands right now. If I research the ability to demand resources, it shouldn't matter at all what the opposing player's research level is at.
I had this exact same question. In the main relationship screen with the ability to give credits/metal/crystals to an enemy (I forget what they call that screen), they should have placed buttons to demand resources. I had absolutely no idea the way to demand resources was using the mission section and making you the target. Very confusing! :)
The point of the sotry is, it dont matter if your new, bad players are a curse to sins, espcially the bad players who dont work as a team to win games, but rely on the other 4 players to do the workd of 5, I hate carrying people, if a person listens to my advice and uses it well, he is a very good learner in my eyes, and is welcome to play in all my games, even if his record suggests he is a noob, but player like panther, aint team
As new games are coming out this year, I think by the end of the year Sins mulitplayer will be dead. As the community is very small, and have got to know each other quite well, I think that it is now time to create a forum board for the 121 players of the community, and form a new mulitplayer force which can spam over many games... Thanks a lot everyone for the comments and suggestions. I will try hosting a few games with computer opponents on ICO (SP yay!) and get the stats up. I have certainly played a bunch of RTS online, so I had an idea of how a SP community is quite different from a MP, but I guess the much smaller player base on ICO now, for example, than on bnet certainly changes things. What no one has also mentioned is that since this is a RTS - 4x hybrid the potential
Quite simply I've played and enjoyed the game for almost a year now, but exculsively SP. I don't usually get playing till 9-10 MT, so the following is based on my very small experience at that time slot on ICO: Multiple times I have been, albeit nicely, asked to leave a game setup because I have 0 stats on my ICO account. I completely understand if experienced players don't want a ton of inexperienced people in their games, but I present the defense that SP'
Nice job with the descriptions. It's appreciated.

Here's *something*: http://frogboy.impulsedriven.net/article/341801 I agree that we should give them this week to get it out, as I'm sure they are busy. Yelling won't do anything. Would have been nice though (and probably helped financially) if it was out as soon as the game got out, if not a day earlier. I still haven't bought the expansion, as I'm waiting for a description of what I'm getting and for all the sm
That's excellent to hear. I'm sure it will be appreciated. Thanks :)
I beg to differ Kitkun . This expansion certainly could use a little manual or FAQ. For example, how is anyone suppose to know that TEC got a new frigate - the Ogrov, or that any of the races got these new anti-structure ships for that matter. Or, how is anyone suppose to know there are now mines in the game and this
Thanks for the info. Appreciated.
1)Is commanding a carrier unit to attack a target the same thing as selecting individually the fighter or bomber units to attack the target? Sometimes I feel that having a carrier attack something just makes it move closer to that target, but I could be wrong. 2)Is there any way to group select all fighter units of that carrier and/or all fighter units in the gravity well? 3)I *might* have seen this question somewhere else, but I can't seem to fin
Hmmm!!! Well I'm out of ideas. Thanks for looking into that! In assigning key functions, strafe left-right are assigned to left/right on keyboard but when I try to 'add' a button and then hit left or right on the mouse wheel, nothing happens. It's like its not being detected. *sigh*
Hm. I have everything that you suggested checked and still no horizontal scroll ability. I even tried manually adding Sins to the list of games in the "advanced game settings", but that seemed mess with my mouse resolution in the game for some reason, so I removed it. Everything else works fine - I can double click, I can hold down the wheel to move the screen, I can assign a function to the extra button on the wheel, etc. You sure you can horizontal scroll
Hey, I was wondering if there was a way to get Sins to recognize the left/right horizontal scroll button of the Logitech G5 mouse - particularly i would want to enable it to strafe in the map view, though using it to cycle through selections would be cool too. Any way? I've tried getting it to recognize the button in hot-keys but that doesn't seem to work. Perhaps i need to enable something on the logitech software end? It works in the OS tho. Thanks
