and finally, the weird way a shield was built onto that specific fighter will be explained also. theres a reason why that fighter had a name, when most fighters are just numbered 1,2, etc. If you look back, its a modified fighter "Light Strike." see, i have a reason for it!
of course. how could i doubt you? i have a question about the mind games. are the characters all from your book? or are they just random people from the sinsverse
eoncommander
Times spins worlds in and out of knowledge, for this time, the world is lost to us. how long until the Unity is victorious over its enemies?
what do you think of men? what is the invasion plan?
i also just realized that playing online right now is a bad idea, since my internet connection sucks. in a month, when we move, it should be better
finally finished your story, and all the posts (well, i might have skipped a few). it is a fantastic story. you truly have a storyteller's mind, CI. a couple of things, though. one, the vasari seem too human, or did in the first part. in the second part you do a little better. 2nd, major judman acts more like an NCO. just kind of the way i read the character, always giving advice. unless you want to make him an older guy, towards the end of his career and not being promoted anymore. i
i'm sorry CI, but as great as Sinners is, it is not the longest running SOASE fanfic. not sure who the title belongs to, but the first Saints of a Solar Empire story was posted eight months before yours https://forums.sinsofasolarempire.com/300386 it may very well be the longest, currently, but not the oldest
The key is in the manual? i didn't know that, i found my key in the inside of the case when i opened it... but then again i got the collector's edition from ebay.
on the back of the manual. thats where it is for most games i think thanks for the help
so i went to create an ICO account, only to realize that i needed the cd key. sounds simple enough, but i dont have the manual. its packed away, somewhere in my attic (i'm moving soon). does anyone know where else i can find the key?
Now if only I was so fortunate... The last dream I remember having was a couple nights ago... I was driving on an interstate and got t-boned by a hummer. Don't ask me where the hummer came from, I just know I got hit by it and then went to the hospital and got my arms and legs amputated... I didn't like being a torso...
i almost never remember my dreams. the last one before last night was like 3 we
so, i had a great dream last night. stardock had announced the second expansion of sins of a solar empire! don't remember what it was called, it started with an 'r,' and had really cool features, including an overhaul of the diplomacy and piracy options. sadly, i woke up to find out that it was merely a dream. baah!!!
i have never played online, cause i've always wanted to explore all the tactical and strategic options available to me in a game, instead of just playing the one "best" strategy in order to win. thats just bullshit for "i dont want to get my ass handed to me on a silver platter." i would probably fall into the lower-middle class, since i'm good against the ai. but after perusing the forums for a year, i feel like its time for me to try out multiplayer. i believe i can pretty much foll
i agree more with captainaanderson here. in space, you will end up with things that are completely useless. it just makes the game a little more realistic. i can understand about magnetic clouds, but wormholes open up some good (or bad) tactical options, but can still change the game directly militarily
So incredibably wrong to engineer that way, but amusing nonetheless.
what's wrong with it? in space there's no air resistance, so no drag. cubes are simple and easy to engineer. makes sense the borg, half-robots, would build ships in simple geometric shapes
my favorite was always the prometheus-class also the scimitar (that's shinzon's warship). in terms of sheer power, nothing could match it, except the borg. power is beautiful
this may sound like blasphemy, but to combat the jumping empire tree, there is such a thing as the pause button
sounds good. that was my guess, but i hadnt looked into the game files
this could be something that will be overhauled in the diplomacy expansion. the idea of one capital per star is a very good idea
there's been something bothering me since i first got this game. if you read the stat change for the vasari third tier armor research, it says it reduces the mass of ships and structures by 8%. what the hell does this mean? does it have any effect on gameplay? does it make ships faster?
i like this post. i've wanted a cap buff for some time now, and these sound pretty good
well, we have to keep in mind that the devs intended for the vasari to use guerilla tactics. like darvin3 pointed out, the vulkoras and the antorak are good at hit-and-run attacks. i dont believe anyone uses this strategy in multiplayer, so it is overlooked
ah ok. i knew that it was renamed, but did not recall the new name. now i remember. evertha, evertha
someone made n3rull angry!
i suppose the range does help, i forgot about that. but you still would never really need more than 1 akkan. its colonize ability really sux. i save 600 credits? maybe? progen and jarrasul are much better
against the ai, starbases work fine. but not early game. way too much money to do that. aggressive expansion, and a little bit of scrambling should carry you through the early game
looks good. so earth is somewhere to the galactic NE?
