I think the election wuz kinda reminiscent of Kennedy/Nixon WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAYY back when. For Nixon, you had experience, and reliability. For Kennedy, you had looks and promises... Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't Kennedy win? Koda0

Well, Teal, the most likely reason I think an Advent players would have any difficuly with Phase missiles is I think the whole game was built up on Rock/Paper/Scissors concept. The Advent, with their powerful shields, can outlast any equal TEC ship due to their advanced shielding tech. However, the Vasari are able to bypass shields(as you have noticed) and thus, can eliminate the often Weak Advent Hulls Koda0

Alright, with Entrenchment's Release, that says, to me that the war between Vasari, TEC, and Advent has been waging for at least several months, or even years. So, Vasari fans this might ring a bell, the Mysterious Race that has been chasing the Vasari into Trader Space can't be far away. Any Guesses on when this unknown entity will come into play, what it'll be and how Sins will allow for players to deal with this Indestructible foe? Koda0

I think I read that too, but I thought he wuz talking about only being able to build SuperWeapon(Novalith Cannon, Kostura Cannon, Deliverance Engine) structures on moons so there's not as much spam from enemy SuperWeapons. Koda0
V1.1 will be released this month (sorry, but if I'm any more specific the folks in marketing will castrate me!). The Entrenchment beta will begin after that and anyone who pre-orders it will be able to start playing when it's made public. There will be a bit of a delay (obviously), but since you'll actually get to play it anyway and refine it before its final release, it won't be too painful.
LOL[e digicons][/e] T

It could, or it could evenly balance it out. It was just a random Idea of mine, same with the Development idea, which i think is 10 times more likely. Koda0[e digicons]B)[/e]

Interesting, I guess it depends on how you play the game would decide how one could want Moons to come into play, I'm a hardcore economist( always HAVE to have 50+ creds per second) so yeah, that could also work. Hmmm, you could have a moon have it's own exclusive phase lane, while being in the Grav. well of it's planet. Koda0 P.S. how did this become a discussion over moons?[e digicons]>_>[/e]

Moons? Hmmm... Kind of, but not quite. In MY mind, moons would be sort of an extension to the planet itself, Bonus population, health Logistics slots etc. Artifacts could be hidden on moons, and I don't see why they can't suport bionus extractors too. Koda0 P.S. Sorry for the late reply, my comp. was on teh fritz(it's a Gateway[e digicons]-_-[/e] )

Hmmm... That is a good idea, and it probably would boost Online Players, but isn't there a tutorial mode already in the game?(I can't check, my comp won't let my load the dsk) Koda0

In the TEC game, light frigates(in your case Ravastra Skirmishers) are effective, but if you can get them i clse enough, LRF(again, in your case,Kanrak Assailants) should also take out the Hoshikos. As for the Percherons, a carrier without aircraft is, well I dunno, not very usefull[e digicons]:S[/e] . \Hope this Helps, Koda0[e digic

OH, and befre I forget, I think that Moons should be either: A: Already colonized and developed to some extent on your Home planet and B: become colonizable for free with every planet that has one... Koda0

True, there is not much extra within the exact concept of a Moon, however, as you said the effect and(to me) satisfaction of reaching teh closest thing to your home planet would add an twist to the game. It also might balance out *some* early game econimical issues if your having trouble getting started. Koda0[e digicons]|-)[/e]
