I just bought Rebellion last night. Just like every other release, GalaxyForge maps don't work - even worse they just cause the game to crash. For $40, couldn't we have gotten at least one new map provided by Ironclad? This would sting less if Diplomacy version Galaxyforge maps would at least be compatible, which they are not, in a game-inelegantly crashing way.

I play in 1920x1200, and yes it looks fabulous. I don't have a super high end video card either, ATI 2600 XT (AGP). I make sure to keep my drivers up to date though. edit: definitely make sure you get the latest drivers for your video card

Okay I figured it out. You have to open up the .galaxy file, and change the Version from 1 to 2.

Hi, It doesn't seem like the downloadable maps are working for me now that I've installed Entrenchment. Anyone else running into this, or is it just me? Thanks in advance. ~pOnju

Yes - I am aware of the DB server issue. What I am asking is that if this is the error message one should expect for this issue, or am I looking at a different issue that will still be there after they do whatever they need to do to fix their DB Server?

I am getting the following error message when I try to update my Sins of a Solar Empire game through Impulse. Object reference not set to an instance of an object Is anyone else getting this? Is this the error message to expect while the DB Server is having problems, or is this not related to that? Thanks in advance.
