Odd panning problem after update in Technical Sins Forums

I just updated to the newest patch er whatever, started up the game, configured the settings the way I like them again (resolutions and such), and just when I think I'm about to kill some time I find that I am unable to pan either left or down. Now if I were a more patient man, I could navigate by other means, but I just really like the ability to move my field of view by moving the mouse to the edge of the screen, ya know? Any fixes/ideas? So far I've played with my setting
