I am having the same issue. After being unable to update to Beta 4 (even though I had applied all previous beta upgrades), because the upgrade wouldn't recognize FE as installed in the system (yet it was installed and operational), I downloaded the full beta 4 setup. After executing the setup, it takes a couple of minutes to start up, then UAC pops up asking for confirmation and then, once confirmed to proceed with installation, a "File is corrupt" message pops up. Does anyone know if GalCiv2IDE may be downloaded from another site? I am unable to download it from I-Mod Productions, as download randomly freezes and gets me an incomplete, corrupted file [e digicons]:'([/e]
