I did good enouph for the oponent to admit it,but had to surrender because odds turned to be very ugly.

simple spamming of cap ships doesnt work,they need at least the repair's support,then they'd better have some carriers with fighters to shoot bombers and enemy long range frigs.also better will be to add flak frigats support,and to guard all the support you need long range frigs. - this is just to not lose them to tech 1-2-3 fleet....if enemy brings hes own support/disrupt and cruisers you have to build a task force of light frigates + more carriers,with bombers this time, + heavy cruisers ju

yesterday I wiped out a fleet of 40+ kodiaks with 20 hoshikos and some lrm support ,with just 3 marza lvl 6 :D after that I tried to boom 10 caps with override protocol but game minidumped once I pressed the button :((

First off of all : defensive upgrades are usefull right from the first minute because of a need to keep capital ship alive. About the offensive upgrades: not hard to figure out,without any kind calculator,that an improvement of 5% to dps gives nothing to a single ship,but costs more then it is(example : cobalt).So,taking in account cost of the first laser upgrade (400/25) you have to produce at least 19-20 cobalts,

70 cobalta x 10 dps each is 700 dps against 130 shield regen of both mothers,the guys just didnt focus fire,noobs mistake.now lets get back to the topic :-D
