I'm a little dissapointed. I play this game with teams locked all the time and don't care for diplomacy. I was hoping for more physical content in ships and upgrades.....*sigh*. I won't even bother with the beta. The idea of pirates as merceneries sounds interesting but that is it to me, maybe i'll pick it up just for that since it is only 10 bucks but I'm staying with locked teams.
I don't really understand your complaint. You want to play the game online. Your boyfriends wants to play the game online. You are in fact two seperate persons who want to play the game seperately. Why would you assume, that you do not have to buy the game twice?
Dumbest logic ever. I guess when a console game is put into a console it should burn into the console permanantly and never come out or else someone else
I don't like this "they will patch it later" lame excuse. When I get a game to play I don't want to feel like I paid money to beta test a game. You brought up demigod, you do know that the reviews don't only talk about the failed online right? The lack of a single player I think is a huge blow in a game that is part RPG with short battles. Sins gets the get out of jail card on this one because it is epic and some MP skirmish games can last as long as some single

Yea, I somehow figured out how to pirate Demigod but at the same time couldn't figure out how to pirate sins of a solar empire *snaps fingers*. I hate piracy of games. It would be a lack of support for the things I like but none of this means anything when it comes to a opinion on a game. Piracy is also no excuse for a failed online, I don't even know where you get that from. Are you telling me that if 100,000 copies were sold and not pirated the online wou
Yes it is house photoshopped as Gordon Freeman. The likeness is amazing.
What was the situation? Was this an early-game attack or later on? Scout rushes can be extremely effective at disrupting the enemy's economy by shooting down construction ships, and for the TEC, Timed Explosives make them one of the cheapest ways to wipe out Repair bays and various structures. Of course, scout attacks aren't too common, so your opponent might have been trying to well, use a shock value attack. It would be rather

Wolverine got 74, there goes that credibility out the window. Metacritic is bad because it averages in some small peanut gallery gamer magazines and sites that have an opinion that no one cares for. The game obviously won't tank completely it. The presentation is great. The sound and visuals are good. everything else just kind of dissapoints me.

I play as Advent. They are my favorite race. However they are more difficult to play as as you have ot use their abilities well so I think the TEC are the best early to late game and noob friendly race. I also think the defense vessel is a piece of crap compared to the the AA frigates of TEC and Vasari.
I just had a guy my last game rush me with 40-50 scout vessels (and fail). What the hell is all that about? Are we starting to recruite insane retard schizophrenics into the sins online gaming pool or what? ...or was that supposed to actually somehow work ? didn't for him.
I think this game sucks. Just like the reviews say. It is one thing for sins not to have Single Player but for a game with gods and demons that is silly. Not to mention it barely works. This game deserves to tank hard and let the developers know not to rush half finished products out the door. More content please. The presentation is ok but that never sells the game for me alone.
God does not exist.
It isn't about if life exists out there or not. The question is does the possibility of any intelligent life besides us existing that can reach us and the answer is no. You will never travel faster than light, mark my words. So unless your life expactancy is 100,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 and you don't mind spending it on a space ship (probably all of it) than maybe...still just a maybe.
