carriers cant out run anything. ALL ships (except maybe colony caps) can catch up to carriers.

yet you can fire super weapons and use RA without the labs.
also skirms interference doesnt work if you dont have enough wepaons labs. Is this normal or a bug for 1.12?
As the title states. I thought abilities like RA, super weapons and etc are able to function even though you dont have the labs to make new ones. Tec repair platforms lost ability to reapir after all mil labs were destroyed. Bug?
