It still isnt working... I dont know if i should just wait or if I did something wrong.

Hi, I just got my game for Christmas and I have installed it and everything and I decided to check out multiplayer. So following the manuals directions I click on the Tab "Iron Clad Online". I type in my username and my password then click "Login". It takes about 3 or 4 seconds and then a box pops up and it says: "Disconnected From Ironclad Online" What should I do? Did I miss a step? Thanks!
